Regaining Menstrual Cycle With Weight Loss

However, over the past few days I noticed my breast were really tender. Of course since I never really have a period naturally, I thought nothing of it. As of yesterday I can happily say that my period came down. Even though I'm currently 20 days late from my previous menstrual cycle, I'm just happy it came at all. Today I am on the second day of my period. Normally if my period ever came naturally, it would appear as dark dry blood when I wipe. My period would never advance to actually seeing blood, truthfully I wouldn't even need a pad. Currently I have a nice flow and cramps happening right now, so I would defiantly say this is a successful "Natural" period.
The only thing I have done differently from before is weight loss. I am still very persistent in losing weight, not to look good in a bikini (although that would be a plus) but to get my health in order. I want to be just like any other woman. I want to be able to have children like other women and in order to do that I must have a menstrual cycle like other women and ovulate like other women. I am 29 years old and needless to say I am not getting any younger. So I am determined to make something happen sometime soon. I have a doctor appointment on the 20th of this month. I found out the results of my HSG exam through my medical doctor, and thank God I have no problems Internally with my ovaries, fallopian tubes and no cyst either. All I can do at this point is just cross my fingers, get all the medication I need and hopefully I will be pregnant soon.- Smile.
