Weight Loss Inspiration - Aretha Franklin

This transformation has been a long time coming. Aretha Franklin was born March 25th 1942. The Queen Of Soul is a legend in the music world.
Aretha's claim to fame are songs like : 
  • Respect 
  • I Never Loved A Man (The Way I Loved You) 
  • Falling Out of Love
  • Chain Of Fools 

The  list above is five out of over 200 songs that Aretha has created or performed. Although Aretha started in the business as a very small woman, over the years she has gained a lot of weight.

Even though the actual amount of weight she was in the past and what she is currently are unknown. Doctors are determining that Aretha has lost upwards to 85 pounds and currently wears a size 16.  

Allegedly it is rumored that Aretha lost the weight by having weight loss surgery. While being Interviewed by Wendy Williams Aretha mentioned she no longer eats junk food, practice portion size and walking 30 minutes 3-4 times a week. 
Regardless of how she lost the weight, it is no secret that Aretha looks healthier and happier. And she now maintains her weight by eating right and doing physical activity daily.
