PCOS Weight Loss Tips - Late Night Eating

When is the latest that we should eat a heavy meal ? If your like me then you probably live the night life. What that means is I wake up around 12:00pm and go to sleep around 3 or 4 in the morning. So my eating schedule may be completely different from yours. However what I did notice is one night instead of eating heavy meal around 12am ... I didn't eat at all that late. Now I was hungry as hell, but the next morning I felt pretty good. I felt lighter and not quite as fat.

When we eat a heavy meal right before we go to bed, then the food will just sit there in our stomachs and automatically turn in to pure fat on our rib cages. I think the best time to stop eating a heavy meal is roughly 3 to 4 hours before you go to sleep. If your getting hungry right before bed time, then just have a very light snack. Something like a few raisins, some fruit or maybe just have a drink. After you do that a couple of times a month, then you will see that your waist line is going down quite nicely.
