Lose Weight With Your Cell Phone

Technology has changed... cell phones are now much better and can do way more things for you. Now a lot of us either have an Android Phone or an Iphone. These two type of phones are great because they come with different applications you can use for practically anything. Personally I have an Android phone. I love little  gadgets, so when I decided to lose more weight I wanted to find an "App" that can assist me with that. I came across an application called My fitness Pal. It just so happen that they also have their own website too called http://www.myfitnesspal.com Just in case you don't have an Android or Iphone you can still use their services for free. 

Some Other Applications Available Are
  1. MyFitnessPal 
  2. Personal dietitian
  3. Diet To Go 
  4. Cardio Trainer - which is something like a step counter. As you walk or run it will calculate how many steps you did, the distance, and how many calories you should have burned.
  5. Food Chime - This is used as a reminder for you to eat every few hours since that is also need to keep your metabolism up.

Since I have my cell phone glued to my finger tips, having something like that is great for me. Besides it really helps out because you can keep track of everything your doing, what your eating and how many calories your burning.
