This is a program I used a little while ago, that I still use to this day. Using this program is about eating only natural foods and drinking lots of water. And when your done with the program, you also learn how to live with out continuously eating the same foods which will help you maintain your weight also. I can only talk for myself and I know I lost roughly 30 - 40 pounds while on this program. And happily my dear mommy lost weight too - smile.

LOL ... I just noticed I say "You Know" a lot.
