PCOS Weight Loss Tips - Eat Often

Eat as often as possible ! That's right, when you eat the RIGHT things often through out the day, that will speed up your metabolism. Of course if you eat a slice of pizza every four hours you will gain weight very quickly. However if you have:

Breakfast - healthy cereal -{ Raisin Brand or Special K}  
Snack - yogurt, 100 calorie snack packs, granola bar
Lunch - peanut butter sandwich (be mindful of the carbs)
Dinner - chicken breast (grilled or boiled) salad, and rice (be mindful of how much rice you have)

Now if you separate these meals between every 3 to 4 hours, you will speed up your metabolism which will cause your body to burn excess fat quickly. Combine this with physical activity and you should be losing weight nicely.
